Plans

A plan applies to a workspace: its amounts cover every project in it, and its usage is counted per calendar month (UTC).

What each plan includes

Projects are unlimited on every plan: what counts is live environments, the ones serving traffic. Prices and the full comparison are on hiraiship.com/pricing.

Free: hard limits

On Free, every included amount is a limit. When one is reached, the action it covers stops until the next month:

• builds are refused past the build minutes, or the deployments per day;
• a new environment can't go live past the included live environments;
• your sites stop serving at the monthly request limit. See Suspensions.

Nothing is ever billed.

Paid plans: included, then billed

On a paid plan, included amounts aren't limits. Past them, usage is billed at the plan's rates, and you get an alert on the way:

Build minutes past the included ones are billed per build machine.

What stops overage is your spend limit: when the overage of the month reaches it, your sites are suspended until you raise it or the month ends.

Changing plans

Plan changes are made by the Hiraiship team for now: write to hello@hiraiship.com from your account's email, with your workspace's slug. A change takes effect right away, and lifts any suspension the new plan no longer applies.
